The Early Years and Advisory Team have received funding through the Short Breaks Fund, which is resourced by the Scottish Government, to organise events for families across Scotland.

Tickets are on a first come first served basis, which gets you and your family group entry into the Science centre and an opportunity to catch up with Sense Scotland Advisors and other families from across Scotland at lunch time.

Please note that due to our ticket allocation, we are only able to provide tickets for 2 adult parents/carers*, 2 siblings and 1 child/young person with a disability, aged 0 – 20.

If you require additional tickets, please note that these need to be purchased online in advance to avoid any disappointment on the day.

Sense Scotland staff will meet families near the front desk from 10.30am – 11.30am and provide wristbands, from there families are able to enjoy the Science Centre at their own leisure and have the opportunity to catch up with staff and other families. Tickets allow families access from 10.30am – 5pm.

*Please note this can include guardians, grandparents, aunts/uncles, family friends etc.
