Easter Event at Calderglen Country Park and Zoo

Come along to Calderglen Country Park and Zoo for a fun family Easter day out! Take part in an animal encounter with the zoos friendly animals and craft activities with the team. Explore the zoo, tropical conservatory, play park and gardens at your own leisure with your family.

The Early Years Team will meet families at the main entrance of the zoo at 10:30am to provide families with entrance to the park and guide them to the event space. From there we will take part in the animal encounter for around 40 minutes, then we will then begin Easter themed arts and crafts activities. Lunch will be in the event space at 12pm, so don’t forget to bring a packed lunch with you, we will then begin animal themed arts and crafts activities at 1pm.

We are unable to provide transport – families are asked to make their own way to our events and sessions.

**Please note that only children 5 and over will be able to touch the animals during the animal encounter**
