  • Generous annual leave entitlement. On joining Sense Scotland, you’ll be entitled to 36 days’ annual leave, including public holidays (pro-rata for part-time hours).
  • Pension scheme. We offer a contributory pension scheme.
  • Non-contributory life assurance. Life assurance is provided by Sense Scotland to employees at three times their salary.
  • Ongoing support and training. We have an exceptional induction, training and eLearning programme for all staff. There is also the opportunity to gain qualifications.

  • Long service awards. We recognise staff members who have reached significant milestones during their time at Sense Scotland.

Ā Staff pay nothing upfront, with payments taken tax efficiently from your salary. Ā You must have been employed by Sense Scotland for one year to qualify.
  • Flexible working arrangements and family-friendly policies.Ā Many of our roles are available on a part-time basis with flexible working hours, where possible.
  • Time and a half/double time. We offer 150% (time and a half) and 200% (double time) for hourly rates during certain days over the festive period.
