We Raised £13,000+ at the 2023 Glasgow Kiltwalk

Last month, thousands gathered to take part in the annual Glasgow Kiltwalk, braving the typical west coast weather to support their chosen charities on one of three walks: the Wee Wander (3 miles), the Big Stroll (14 miles), or the Mighty Stride (23 miles). For Sense Scotland, that meant 90 fantastic walkers, raising funds for the people we support.

The 90 walkers, made up of families, staff, people we support and corporate sponsors, wore their Sense Scotland t-shirts with pride and battled blisters, sore muscles and damp shoes to make it to the finish line in great spirits. The poor weather couldn’t take away from the sense of achievement that each walker felt as they crossed the line, but for the Mighty Striders in particular, the sun came out just in time for them to celebrate at the end.
