Learning Hub – Online Information Session

This Online Information Session is for those who are interested in joining our Learning Hub, and their parents and carers. Please book your free ticket via Eventbrite.

If you are the parent of a young person who is aged 18-21 with complex additional support needs and has left or is in the process of leaving school, and you are based in the Glasgow City Council area, your young person may be suitable for our Learning Hub.

The Learning Hub aims to:

• Support young people to develop skills, meet their long-term goals and gain qualifications
• Promote social inclusion, peer support and friendship development
• Fill an urgent gap in support for young people who might otherwise remain at home with a parent or carer, impacting the family’s finances and wellbeing
• Enable young people to identify suitable services, support and opportunities to meet their long-term needs

The session will include information on the Learning Hub and will end with a Q+A where you can ask your questions about the programme. It will last one hour and take place at 7:30pm on Tuesday, 30 May, and will take place virtually via Microsoft Teams. Once you have booked your ticket, we will be in touch closer to the date with a link to join the session.

If you have any questions, please email learninghub@sensescotland.org.uk.
