Our friendly information line staff can offer support in a number of ways including:

• referral to Sense Scotland services such as welfare rights, family support and early years
• factsheets on topics including communication and play
• information on the transition to adulthood
• links to activities and events
• help to identify funding for equipment and holidays
• signpost to external support and information organisations
• pass enquiries for care services to your local operations lead
