Social Security Scotland have produced a presentation which provides an overview of who they are and of the services they provide. This also includes details about the change from Personal Independent Payment (PIP) to Adult Disability Payment and information on the different ways they can support individuals in applying.
There are independent advocacy organisations across Scotland helping people to have their voices heard in decisions which affect their lives. Independent advocates work in a variety of settings including the community, education, care homes, prisons and hospital settings.
