What makes this product truly special is the artwork it carries. The labels feature “Fishing Nets” and “Sea and Shells,” two vibrant original paintings by the late Matthew Goode, an extraordinary young artist who worked with art tutors at Sense Scotland. Matthew’s pieces were inspired by his own beach visits and include real shells and seaside finds, woven into large-scale, mixed-media works full of texture and memory.

Matthew sadly died just after Christmas in 2023, aged 26. With each purchase, you’ll receive a commemorative postcard featuring his artwork, helping keep his spirit and creativity alive. This is more than a candle—it’s a tribute to a young artist, a shared moment of beauty, and a breath of sea air for your home.

Burn Time: Small 90g tins approx. 20 hours. Large 180g tins, approx 40 hours.

Wax: All our candles are hand-poured and made from responsibly sourced soy wax.

Vegan: All our candles and melts are vegan-friendly.
