Join us for a fully accessible fun day for all the family. With a funfair, carriage rides, a sizzling BBQ and lots more – don’t miss the event of the summer.
The Festival of Fun will take place on Saturday 30 July at Lochore Meadows Country Park in Fife. It’s set to be a fantastic fun-filled day that the whole family can enjoy.
Bill Wood, festival organiser and Head of Operations at Sense Scotland said: “This is our 4th year of supporting this event that has grown in popularity and participation.
“This year is bigger and better with a huge variety of activities and interests for all ages so come all for a truly unique sensory experience.”
We’ll have a funfair with chairoplanes and a bouncy castle, animal handling sessions and lots of arts, crafts and games. Sailability will be there offering fully accessible sailing sessions and you can also take part in pony carriage rides.
After you feast on the tasty BBQ, Lush Spa along with a reflexologist will be on hand to offer relaxing pampering sessions.
A Changing Places facility for personal care is also available at the Outdoor Centre.
There will also be experts offering advice and information from organisations including Blind Children UK, Deaf Action, Fife Society for the Blind – and of course Sense Scotland.
New exhibitors and activities are being added every week so make sure you keep checking back to see what’s new.
