Living in your own home

Choose how we support you to live your life

We believe everyone should have choices in how they live their life and be part of the community. So we're committed to create independent living opportunities for people with communication support needs, either in their own home or in one of our residential homes.

We can offer support for just a few hours a week, or 24 hours a day. This means the choice is yours - about where to live, who to live with, and who provides the support.

How we can help

Whether it's a few hours a week or 24 hours a day, together we create an individual programme that meets everyone's needs, reflects their lifestyle and fulfils ambitions.

We help the people we support develop skills like cooking your own meals or doing their own shopping or even meeting friends for coffee. Every service is tailor-made and designed with individual wishes, potential and independence in mind.

Here's an example of some thing we can offer support with:

  • plan support
  • prepare and cook meals
  • help paying bills
  • taking medication
  • meeting friends and having a good social ife
  • housekeeping
  • going to college
  • develop new interests i.e. sport, education and music

Residential living

Most of the people we support have their own tenancy agreement but we also offer have residential homes.
