"Sense Scotland has been there for us as a family over the last
few years" said Ruth's dad, Brett. "From the first visit to us at
home, we felt they really understood our situation."
He feels Sense Scotland has made a real difference to the
quality of Ruth's childhood by providing sensory playtime,
intensive interaction and music sessions.
"The wonderful facilities and people at TouchBase have given so
much to Ruth. She also loves going out and about with the girls
group to explore the wider world. Ruth cannot speak but I think she
would tell you that she feels TouchBase is a big adventure - making
it a special place for her."
