Voyager Princess arrives in Glasgow
Group cross national and cultural boundaries to perform in Glasgow
A group of performers from across Europe have been on an inspiring journey, which has resulted in the Voyager Princess, a tale of love, strength, courage and friendship set against the stormy and unpredictable ocean waves. Coordinated by Sense Scotland and played for the first time by the Expression Unlimited Ensemble, the piece offers moments of genuine humour and touching tenderness, charged with a highly original soundscape. Clark Crystal, the director of the piece said:
"The level of communication in the performance is unique, for instance we have a blind performer doing a parody of how sighted people read. The Voyager Princess will give the audience some fantastic moments, from a cast who have travelled great distances both geographically and emotionally to deliver their story."
Voyager Princess
Devised by the Expression Unlimited Ensemble, Directed by Clark Crystal.
