Sense Scotland fashion show breaks records
Records were broken at our sixth Fashion Show held in Glasgow City Chambers on Friday 24th March and hosted by top designer and TV presenter John Amabile. Over £26,000 was raised at the event. Clyde 1 DJ Adrian Coll looked after the auction.
Host John Amabile said, "It's been such a great show and I'm glad I could make my contribution. Best of all we've raised a record breaking £26,000 for Sense Scotland's important work across Scotland."
"The Sense Scotland fashion show always guarantees supporters a fantastic night out while raising thousands of pounds to help our vital work with disabled children and adults," said Gillian Morbey, Chief Executive of Sense Scotland. "I'd like to thank everyone who worked hard to make this such a successful event."
"We are proud to be main partner sponsors of the Sense Scotland Charity Fashion Show," said Alex Steel, Managing Director of Ashleigh. "Through our involvement in the construction of their new TouchBase resource, we have acquired an increasing awareness of the tremendous work carried out by Sense Scotland. The services and facilities of TouchBase will have a positive impact on so many disabled people in Scotland. We are delighted to be involved in the project and in the ongoing development of Sense Scotland services."
