Looks Good Enough to Eat is a project that aims to engage disabled people in developing an accessible on-line healthy eating recipe resource. Disabled people requested that the recipes in Looks Good Enough to Eat used cooking utensils and methods that they could use independently. In response to this, you will find here step by step recipes that show how anybody can make healthy things to eat.
Start-up for this project was partially funded by the small grants scheme run by Community Food and Health (Scotland) and Sense Scotland's Service User Consultation Group (SUCG) gave direction to the project.
