Sense Scotland staff are automatically eligible (free of charge) for a Death in Benefit lump sum of £20,000.

Employee Assistance Programme

The programme is available to all our staff, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It provides counselling support, health advice and personal legal advice whenever you need it.

Health and wellbeing support

We also offer a medical cash plan, providing a payment of everyday health expenses like dental and optical treatment. Sense Scotland staff can join this scheme at discounted rates and payment can be made through payroll deductions.

Free entry to top attractions in Scotland

Sense Scotland staff can get free entry to a variety of National Trust sites throughout Scotland (allocation may be limited to two cards per person).

In addition, staff can also get free entry to the Glasgow Science Centre with the option buy additional tickets for friends and family at just £4 each.

Credit Union

Through a charity-run financial co-operative, we offer the option to save through salary deductions.
