The amazing sensory tangerine!
- Timescale:
- 20-30 mins
- Materials:
- Tangerines, cloves, anything else you want to use. (Adult supervision definitely required!)
- Step 1:
- Really easy...stick the cloves into the tangerine in any order (also anything else you want...) to produce a lovely smelling tactile Christmas object.
- Step 2:
- Try threading a really large needle with ribbon and threading through the tangerine - tie the ends together and hang on the Christmas tree.
- Handy hints:
- You can put a few smelly items in a stocking and tie to make a larger or more tactile object if you wish.
- Make sure your materials are non-toxic.
- Don't leave children alone to do this activity.
- Take care with sharp objects.
