Chalky Paint
- Timescale:
- 20 mins - 1 hour
- Materials:

- Sticks of chalk
- Strong plastic bags
- Rolling pin / wooden block / hammer (supervise!)
- Water
- Black paper (cotton buds may be useful)
- Step 1:
- Put sticks of chalk into strong plastic bags and crush to a powder using rolling pins, wooden blocks or hammers
- Step 2:
- Cover the bag with a towel to make this part quieter and safer.
- Step 3:
- Mix with a little water until you get a paint like consistency.
- Step 4:
- Paint onto black paper, try using cotton buds.
- Handy hints:
- Paint outside on slabs and fences and wash off with water or let the rain wash it off.
