Bubble Landing
- Timescale:
- Whole session 20 - 30 mins.
- Materials
- Big sheet of paper (eg wallpaper is ideal)
- Powder paint
- Fine sieve
- Water (something to spray water with)
- Straws
- Step 1:
- Spread a big sheet of paper on the floor.
- Step 2:
- Spoon powder paint into a fine sieve and shake gently over the paper.
- Step 3:
- Stand or kneel at the edge and blow bubbles over the paper, as they land and burst they will make a design in the powder paint.
- Option 1:
- Spray water onto the powdery paper.
- Option 2:
- mix paint into the bubble mixture and blow onto paper.
- Option 3:
- .mix powder paint with water and washing up liquid, put into a bowl or cup and blow bubbles with a straw (make sure young children know to blow not suck)
- Option 4:
- take a print of the bubbles by laying a sheet of paper gently over them.
