The Stirling Scottish Marathon is one of the most popular Scottish marathon events. Challenging all abilities and starting a stone's throw away from the iconic Stirling Castle, this route is unforgettable and a runner's delight.

Worried that the challenge of a full marathon may be too much? Brand new for 2018, the Stirling Half Marathon promises all the fun and sights of it's big brother, just without those extra miles.

How to get involved in The Stirling Scottish Marathon:

Run the full 26.2 mile marathon:

With general entry for the marathon already sold out, the only way in is to run for charity. The 2018 marathon features a brand new route with a city centre start and finish-no loops, no underpasses and no shuttle buses! For more information on the route, watch this video.

Run the brand new half marathon:

Secure your place in this exciting new event by running for Sense Scotland and putting your best foot forward. The route starts in the Stirling city centre and takes runners on a 13.1 mile tour through the city and out towards the Ochil Hills. The video above contains more information.
