Our woodcraft programme offers participants the opportunity to access materials and tools to create artwork based on individual interests. We provide a safe environment, to explore materials, shapes, textures and colours, promoting choice making and also providing opportunities to use safety tools guided by a tutor. Woodcraft can offer 1-2-1 sessions, as well as opportunities to work on group projects sometimes involving visits to other locations as part of the project.
In the past sessions have led to an environmental project at Pollock Park, a TouchBase signage project producing tactile signs identifying areas of the building, and collaborative projects bringing different services together.
