Business Centre: meeting rooms
The Business Centre will cater for all your training, meeting and event requirements. This bright modern self contained facility consists of seven flexible rooms located over two floors, which can be hired out individually or as break out rooms and with capacity for 6 to 60 people. A welcoming and efficient reception service is included in the room hire costs and our friendly staff will work with you to ensure your event is a success.

Rooms are available weekdays, evening and weekends for half or full day bookings and can be set out to your requirements including boardroom, horseshoe and theatre style. Our Courtyard events venue can cater for up to 250 people and is available evenings and weekends.
Courtyard Events
Our bright, airy and spacious courtyard is the ideal venue for corporate and social events. Flooded with natural light during the day, the courtyard looks quite different at night with up lighters and spotlights creating a cosy ambience.
The courtyard can be used for functions such as drinks receptions, sit down meals and theatre style events. A built in large screen and projector makes it the perfect venue for presentations and films.
The courtyard is also used regularly for arts exhibitions and functions and the high access specification makes the courtyard an ideal venue choice for disabled and non disabled people alike.

Parking: There is ample on street parking nearby in the surrounding area but please note there is no parking outside TouchBase at Milnpark St or Portman St between the hours of 8am and 6pm weekdays and Saturdays.
